Owner Support for a Management Change

My statement of support

I support evaluating a change in the HOA’s management company while keeping Emerald Cove Villas Homeowners Association, Inc. and its governing documents in place. I ask the Board to review the existing management contract, consider qualified alternatives and a proposal involving itgetsit LLC, and present proposed services, fees, licensing, conflicts and transition terms before any appointment. This is a nonbinding expression of support, not a vote appointing a manager, a contract, a proxy, a director recall, or a covenant amendment.

A personal, accountable management process

I support a transparent review that invites owner input, compares services and costs, and considers responsive, resident-centered management. The existing Association, its governing documents and its owner-volunteer governance remain in place. Changing a management company is separate from ending the HOA or removing its directors.

The Board should review the current contract’s actual termination, renewal, notice, payment and transition terms before deciding what action it can take. This statement does not establish that the current agreement can be canceled on any particular date or without cost.

Organizer and proposed provider disclosure

The campaign organizer is a resident of the neighborhood and owns itgetsit LLC, a proposed management candidate. The organizer may benefit financially if that company is selected. This signature approves no appointment, compensation, fee, or contract. The candidate’s proposed scope, qualifications and any required individual and firm licenses must be verified before any regulated services are offered or performed; this document represents no license as verified. Any applicable conflict-of-interest procedures remain required.

What this signature means

This is an expression of support for evaluation and Board consideration. It is not a binding member vote or an instruction that overrides the Board’s authority to employ a manager and set compensation under Bylaws §4.6.9. No support percentage collected by this campaign automatically appoints a company. Existing assessments and other obligations continue.

I authorize the organizer to combine this statement with statements signing this same edition and present them to the Association for this stated purpose. Ownership, representative authority and duplicate lot submissions must be reviewed; a website submission is not automatically a verified voting interest.
