PROPOSED MANAGEMENT APPROACH
From a neighbor.
For all of us.
FOR HOA CONSIDERATION
The owner of itgetsit LLC lives in Emerald Cove. This proposal is about helping the existing HOA communicate clearly and supporting both residents and volunteer board members.
Begin with a conversation.
For routine violation concerns, explain the rule, listen to the circumstances, and seek a practical correction before escalation.
Work hard to avoid liens.
Clear reminders, personal outreach, and board-approved payment options where available. Our aim is to resolve overdue assessments before a lien becomes necessary.
OUR PROPOSED ROLE
A familiar face. A listening ear. Support for our community.
Proposed management for the existing HOA, subject to HOA approval of the appointment and contract. These are proposed service standards, not a guarantee that a lien can never occur. HOA decisions, governing documents and applicable law still control.

MEET THE NEIGHBOR BEHIND THE PROPOSAL
Proposed management: itgetsit LLC
itgetsit LLC is owned by the campaign organizer, an Emerald Cove homeowner and resident and a veteran of the United States Coast Guard. The organizer has a financial interest in the proposed management role. The proposal is for itgetsit LLC to manage the existing HOA; any appointment and management contract require HOA approval. This demo has not been adopted, and current HOA obligations continue. Signing the current campaign forms does not appoint itgetsit LLC.
