This is an independent owner campaign, not the official website of Emerald Cove Villas Homeowners Association, Inc. Signing does not authorize publication of your name, contact details or signature.
What is collected
A submission includes your selected property address, lot and parcel identifier; name, email and signing capacity; selected documents; electronic signature; the exact document and consent versions; a submission identifier; and the signing time. The address lookup helps populate a form. It does not prove ownership or signing authority.
How the records are used
The campaign retains submitted contact and signature records privately in its database to prepare your document packet, verify submissions, prevent duplicate lot counts, organize the proposed action and communicate about your submission. Each submission is pending verification; it is not automatically an official vote or a verified voting interest.
Selected support forms and meeting requests may be delivered to the Association for their stated purposes. The delivered records may then be retained and handled by the Association under its applicable records obligations. The campaign cannot promise that records delivered to the Association will remain accessible only to the campaign organizer.
Who can access the information
Campaign organizers review submissions through a private dashboard protected by Cloudflare Access. Hosting and security providers process the data needed to operate the service, which may include technical request information. The address lookup contains public property addresses and parcel information. The public site does not identify which person signed for an address or publish submitted names, emails or signatures. The campaign does not use these records for advertising.
Copies, corrections and withdrawal
Download your completed packet and save its submission identifier. To correct a submission or withdraw a nonbinding support statement, contact the campaign organizer who shared this site with you. A special-meeting request or a document already delivered may require a separate written correction or withdrawal to the Association; deleting a local copy does not withdraw it.
Campaign records are retained to organize the proposed action and document what was signed and delivered. No fixed automatic deletion period is specified. Ask the organizer about a particular record or a deletion request; copies already delivered to the Association are handled separately.
Your choices remain separate
The management-change documents let you support reviewing management alternatives and request a membership meeting. The organizer owns itgetsit LLC and has a financial interest in the proposed management role; signatures are used for their stated campaign purposes, not to appoint the company or authorize commercial advertising.
You choose each document you sign. Signing selected documents does not authorize applying your signature to unselected documents, later revisions, official corporate certificates, witness statements or notarial acknowledgments. You may read and download the blank templates without submitting a signature.
