Two documents let owners express support and request a conversation through the Association’s meeting process. The existing HOA, governing documents and owner-volunteer governance stay in place.

The organizer is a neighborhood resident who owns proposed candidate itgetsit LLC and may benefit financially if selected. Neither signature appoints a manager, approves a contract or fees, or cancels the current agreement. Required qualifications, licenses, conflicts and contract terms must be reviewed.

Exact electronic-signature consent

I have read the complete text of each management-change document I selected, edition 2026-10-16-management-v2. I intend my typed name to be my electronic signature on those selected documents only. I authorize the campaign organizer to retain this signature record and deliver the selected documents and my identifying information to the Association for ownership verification and the stated management-change purposes. I understand that the organizer lives in the neighborhood, owns the proposed provider itgetsit LLC, and may benefit financially if that company is selected. My signature does not appoint or hire a manager, approve fees or a contract, dissolve the HOA, amend covenants, recall directors, or authorize changed or future document versions. I can retain a copy of the exact signed text and this consent in my receipt.

The 20% request threshold concerns calling a membership meeting; it is not an approval threshold for hiring a manager. All submissions remain pending ownership and authority verification.
